Rotations

We accept medical students and residents, as well as physician assistant and nurse practitioner students, for rotation opportunities at Jericho Road. We have extensive experience with students and residents at all levels of training.

During their rotation, students work primarily at one of our locations by seeing patients with a designated preceptor. There are also opportunities to participate in our many programs, depending on the level of student interest.

We accept PA and NP students primarily from the following affiliated institutions: D’Youville College, Daemen College, University at Buffalo, and Mercyhurst University. If your institution is not listed above, please include the name of the contact person at your school that would handle completing an affiliation agreement with your application.

All PA, NP, and medical students who are interested in a rotation at Jericho Road must fill out and submit our rotation application, as well as the listed items below to Amanda Knecht, clinical education coordinator:

– Proof of vaccinations (including current PPD, flu vaccine, and COVID vaccination including booster where applicable)
– Proof of liability insurance from your school
– Copy of your current CV/Resume

Shadowing

Shadowing opportunities are available on a very limited basis. Please email Amanda Knecht with your request and include: desired dates and number of hours, areas of interest, and current level of training or education.
