Medical students who are interested in a rotation at Jericho Road must supply the following, in addition to a completed rotation application:

– If your institution does not have an active Affiliation Agreement with Jericho Road, be sure to indicate that an affiliation will be needed, along with the name of the contact person at your school that would handle completing one, with your application.
– Proof of vaccinations (including current PPD, flu vaccine, and COVID vaccination including booster where applicable)
– Proof of liability insurance from your school
– Copy of your current CV/Resume

Due to the highly competitive nature of our programs, incomplete applications will not be considered.
